Tired of giving up unique swords in favor of the bonuses of witcher sets? Then this mod is for you!
All my mods were made in OG (
1. 31/1. 32 game version), and then the changes were transferred to NG (
4. 04+ game version) scripts. I always post
two separate versions in
one archive if necessary. If there is only one version in the archive, it is universal. If the mod is only for OG, I will especially note this.
If you use a mod manager, you should repack the archive with the mod, leaving in it only what is suitable for your version of the game. Why don't I post separate archives? It's more convenient for me.
Description in English:
Allows you to use relic or nonsets witcher swords without losing bonuses from the full set.
The mod has two versions.
1. 1 when equipping a sword of the required quality, adds 1 unit to all existing (equipped or not) sets bonuses.
Advantage: any non-original set bonus will be guaranteed to be taken into account if it works on the same principle as the original ones.
Disadvantage: do not use this version in combination with mods that reduce the number of required items to activate bonuses!
2. 0+ only takes into account bonuses from sets that have at least one item equipped.
Advantage: Can be used in conjunction with mods that reduce the number of items required to activate bonuses (although this is still somewhat of a cheat - for example, if the bonus requirements are 2/4, equipping two items from one set and two from another, you take full advantage of both - that's what I do haha).
Disadvantage: each kit that gives a bonus must be added to the mod code. At the moment, all original sets are supported, armor from Netflix and the armor of the Viper School (has a bonus in Ghost Mode or in my Akatoshka's set bonuses), as well as the Raven Armor mod. If you find that my mod does not work with some kit, contact me (it is advisable to immediately write a tag for the missing kit so that I don’t have to tinker with the files of an unknown mod).
In addition, this version has quite complex (by my standards) code. It seems that I have taken into account all possible situations in it, but I am not 100% sure.
