📋 About This Mod
The main goal of this mod is to better sort and categorize item recipes in the crafting panel.
These are the changes over the vanilla game:
-
[]Alphabetically sorted supersets of item categories with specific prefixes, so now different kinds of armor and weapons are close together on the category list[/]
[]Given Glyphs and Runestones their own specific categories, instead of being grouped together under the generic "Upgrades"[/]
[]Removed the recipe for "Haft" junk item, which is completely useless in vanilla game[/]
Now you can better find what you are looking for!
In future versions, I may further refine this sorting or add/remove/move further recipes if it will make sense, while still keeping the "Vanilla+" scope of this mod
Please note that to minimize the impact of these edits, I have used existent vanilla strings whenever possible, which sometimes are also used outside the crafting panel: in example, now you will see something like "Weapon: Silver Sword" instead of simply "Silver Sword" in item description panels. This should not cause any issues or unwanted problematic side effects.
Game version
This mod was created for and tested with the latest released version: Next-Gen 4. 04 Redkit Update 2
I don't use or support older game versions, especially Old-Gen v1. 32. I simply have no time or interest to do so. I won't accept any requests about this, if you want to use my mods, your best option is to update your game.
Installation
The recommended way to install this is with "The Witcher 3 Mod Manager"
You can alternatively also manually place it inside your "mods" folder inside the main game directory
Compatibility
This should be fairly compatible with everything that does not directly try to do that same thing, I've tried to minimize the impact on vanilla files. I'm not aware of any popular mod conflicting (well, at least those I'm using myself)
Fully compatible with Sort Everything.
If you experience some conflicts that I can manage to solve within the scope of this mod, feel free to report them.
