I started this project right after the next-gen update arrived. It's here today after 1. 5 years of active development. The aim of this mod is to adapt some of my favorite concepts from the pre-release period to suit the current technical base of the game. And it mainly contains my own personal concept works. Since it is based entirely on next generation features, it should be played on DX12 using High SSR or RT (Ray Tracing).
Requirements:
First, a value in the "Dx12user.settings" must be changed. "FogUseDistInColorLerp" should be 2. (File location: Documents, The Witcher 3).
High ssr (screen space reflections) or Ray tracing must be selected from the in-game graphics settings.
If you encounter any problem, you can try to give priority. Change the mod name example (mod0PromotionalAtmosphereLighting)
More Info About Changes:
Toussaint is not yet included in the project. All regions and art designs have been redone. In addition, there are minor changes in some quest designs. Like transitions of some quests and the active hours etc.
The places where you will experience the pre-release atmosphere are White Orchard, Velen, Novigrad.
Kaer Morhen, Skellige, Hearts of stone and quest specific areas, weathers consist of my personal concept works.
All the interiors, exteriors , weather types and weather transitions are completely reworked.
Applied some fixes and improvements on thunder fx and some cloud types.

I do not allow anyone to edit this mod or use any of my stuffs.
Installation:
Copy the files inside the mod to the main directory of the game.
Recommended:
Quest Cutscene Lighting Edits by OFG (4. Quest Cutscene Lighting Fixes Only) version highly recommended. Thanks to my friend.
