No Thump SFX for Potions and Decoctions

This is an update of the original mod No Thump SFX For Potion Drinking

This mod does not introduce new sound effects into the game

Description

Now in a complete and more consistent form, this mod disables the thump  activation sound effect from every potion and decoction in the game by replacing it with the default/generic drinking sound effect (slurp), or alternatively, muting everything altogether

• []Missing sound effects were fixed in the process, similar to Decoction and potion drink sound effect fix and Besserwisser's Fix Collection but replaced with the aforementioned

  []Katakan decoction critical hit chance fixed for the FCR3 compatibility version, identical to FCR3 - Katakan Decoction Fix

  Limitations

  • []Both Enhanced Edition and Lazarus Project have a very unusual way of handling Blizzard and White Honey, that said, both potions will be muted

    no matter what, there is nothing I can do about it unfortunately[]Some drinking animations from Complete Animations Redux, Alternate and Original to be precise, have very subtle sound effects built in, so

    you won't be getting complete silence by using those, but it will definitely remove the vanilla ones

  Installation

  Unzip it, drop it in your mods folder

  DO NOT MERGE XML FILES

  Compatibility

  Compatible with Ghost Mode, FCR3, Enhanced Edition and Lazarus Project, however, Incompatible with anything else that changes the following:

  effects.xml

  effects_mutagens.xml

  effects_potions.xml

  w3ee_effects.xml

  This mod will have a higher priority by default, but in case that you have a custom load order give this mod a higher priority over everything mentioned above
