Features

Four multipliers govern the actual native Swimming state, with diving/surfacing transitions taking priority. Factors range from 0. 5x to 3x in 0. 1 steps; 1x is vanilla and defaults are 1. 5x. Settings apply on the next swimming tick. Other animation effects take priority, and the owned animation-speed effect is released on exit or disable.

Requirements and installation

The Witcher 3 Remastered 5. 0 on PC. Legacy 1. 32/4.x compatibility is not established.

Requires Malaombra's Core >=0. 1. 21-dev (use the latest published Core).

Install Core 0. 1. 21-dev or newer for corrected slider bounds, then this archive with Vortex. Settings > Mods > Malaombra's Mods > Malaombra's Swimming. For manual installation, copy the archive's Mods content to the game Mods directory.

Compatibility and limitations

Animation playback is modified; exact physical displacement need not scale equally. Ciri, airborne water entry and underwater crossbow use are excluded. Oxygen, stamina, collision and immersion depth limits are unchanged. This does not remove the native diving-depth cutoff or make every underwater chest accessible.

Release status

Version 0. 1. 0-dev. Development release used in the author's personal Vortex setup. Authored scripts have passed joint REDkit compilation and automated checks; this does not establish every retail behavior or every third-party mod combination. Back up saves before installation. No vanilla assets or third-party mod source is redistributed.
