Features

Adds separate repeat encounters at reviewed completed ordinary sites while preserving their native completed status. The registry includes 115 source-backed sites: nests, bandit camps and guarded sites across Velen/Novigrad, Skellige, White Orchard and Toussaint. Higher levels can produce boss-type waves and two leaders/large monsters. Navigation, region, completion and proximity checks gate spawning.

Defaults: minimum level 20; nest refresh 3 game days, camps 5, guarded sites 7. Regular enemies target Geralt +2, bosses +5, capped at 100. Boss rolls begin at level 35 and two leaders at 50. Repeat-kill XP starts at 0. 25x. Supplemental resources/crowns use conservative 0. 5x quantity scales. Rare upgrade rolls begin at level 30, including ordinary runes/glyphs usable by the HoS runewright, not ready-made runeword enchantments.

Set an activity frequency to zero for instant mode: new waves can start on the next scheduler tick without leaving. Safe containers use their own refresh pool after looting closes, with nearby uncleared waves holding back loot.

Requirements and installation

The Witcher 3 Remastered 5. 0 on PC. Legacy 1. 32/4.x compatibility is not established.

Requires Malaombra's Core >=0. 1. 19-dev (use the latest published Core).

Install Core, then this archive with Vortex. Settings > Mods > Malaombra's Mods > Malaombra's Endgame has General, Activities, Enemies and Loot pages. Use a separate save for this experimental release. For manual installation, copy the archive's Mods content to the game Mods directory.

Compatibility and limitations

Initial implementation; retail encounter/save-load behavior remains unconfirmed. It does not reset quest facts, native rewards, bomb interactions or every chest. Quest containers, hidden-treasure quest chests, Hanse bases, reclaimed settlements and changing quest-layer sites are excluded. Before uninstalling, disable/cleanup and visit regions containing active authored waves, then save: unloaded persistent actors cannot be globally removed by script.

Release status

Version 0. 1. 1-dev. Development release used in the author's personal Vortex setup. Authored scripts have passed joint REDkit compilation and automated checks; this does not establish every retail behavior or every third-party mod combination. Back up saves before installation. No vanilla assets or third-party mod source is redistributed.
