just figured I'd upload this in case anyone else was having the same issue I did, but wanted to play through the game with Lascaroman's - Mads Mikkelsen face mod
I completely re-made the whole headmesh by sewing the face and ears to Geralt's original neck, aligning the texture by each vertex in blender, weight painting, then importing and testing in REDkit. it doesn't look exactly the same as the original mod texture wise, but I got it as close as I possibly could with zero modding experience lol
(Texture I'm using is Denroth's - The Butcher of Blaviken)
