How To Edit Gwent Card Attributes Using WolvenKit

alar73 posted an excellent tutorial on how to edit Gwent card attributes.  The only trouble with that tutorial is it didn't use pictures and it required some basic knowledge of how to create .bat files and navigation of a file management system.  This was problematic for users that do not speak English as a primary language or users who are not very tech-savvy.  I decided to create a guide (including pictures and step-by-step instructions) using the WolvenKit program, which automates a lot of steps and makes this process very easy.
