Put the downloaded file into your The Witcher 3 mods folder. Example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\mods. if you don't have a mods folder, create one. Not compatible with any hair/beard mods that I have tried. Eyes mod - Glowing Eyes.
Once again, I want to thank rokenze for the opportunity to let people try out his (a bit outdated) but still amazing mod.
