I didn't see an updated mod for Fast Traveling with the new patch patch today, so I figured i'd submit mine. Tested and working with patch 1. 21.
This mod can break quests! Teleporting out of caves, buildings, etc. in the middle of a quest can cause it to not complete or bug future quests. As with other mods like this, please be careful.
Installation instructions - Drop the folder in your "Mods" folder.
