The lovely Roksa(♥) approached me about making a Phil with restored eyes and I adored the idea. I whipped up a texture and she worked her magic to restore her eyes and voilà!

- Also included is an optional tweak that turns off one of the pore detail overlays .
(I feel that it's overkill considering how detailed the NPC normal maps are + it looks awful on Yen.)
