Retexture and mesh preset improvements of Alghouls
Rework of alghouls skin, to have more contrasted surface: dusty dry look with very fleshy, glossy parts. Spikes, teeth and eyes are reworked too.
More detailed skin and detail distance visibility.

Please, if you are using HDMR - HD Monsters Reworked mod and you already put that mod higher priority over something else, put my mod higher. Else my mod has naturally higher priority because of the name-letters load order (D-usty before H-DMonsersreworked)
