Deflation - Crown is worth more - NextGen

This simple piece of code scales all of the "mechanical" prices (selling/buying stuff, crafting, repairing stuff etc.) into 25% of original value. It seems inconsequential, after all, if everything is sold for less and bought for less, nothing really change, does it? Well, i did left alone quest rewards (and quest expenses!) so they become much bigger part of your income. When you complete a contract for 300 crowns it makes a difference if random stuff in shops is worth 40 or 10 crowns, amirite?

And it's also more in line with books. You may recall that when Vilgefortz and Bonhart were negotiating for Ciri, the sum on the table was 2000 florens. You know what else is worth 2000 florens? Six swords from smuggler caches scattered around Skellige. Viroledan Sword in Season of Storms was worth 100 crowns and they are supposed to be top quality blades. Do you really expect anyone in Witcher 3 to sell you good sword for 100 crowns? Not. Bloody. Likely. It's also now much bigger of an obstacle to get 1000 crowns for passage to Skellige, so if you're looking for an obstacle to justify Geralt doing sidequests - i'm your man.

You may now ask yourself - what about major money sinks - Runewright and Corvo Bianco? I'll be blunt with you. The prices are staying in place. I made calculations of all rewards in the game and you'll still be able to afford all of them from questmoney alone, so it's certainly doable. But it shouldn't be. Geralt was a witcher, with a witcher's wage, and you should feel it. Corvo Bianco and Runewright should be endgame stuff, barely affordable.

I also took liberty of feature-creeping little rebalance of Oren price. As a lore purist i hate the fact that Crown is of the same value as Oren. In Books it was 6. 5:1 ratio. Oren was a trash currency. Sure, Radovid probably debased Crown to fund his military spending that made him punch well above his weight, but we should remember that Temeria was bust, non-existing, dead. That should affect Oren's value as well. So i made Oren worth 1/4 of Crown. Floren is still worth 3 crowns. If you don't like it you can customize it to your liking in KuczOptions.ws script. If you want 100% lore-friendly experience, i suggest setting Crown value to 0,1 or even less. This would make contracts a huge part of your income and ensure that every single crown haggled from people will be worth it.
