This is a simple PowerShell script to decode all of w3strings from the vanilla game.
.\Decode-All-W3Strings.ps1 -W3StringsEncoderPath .\w3_strings_encoder\w3strings.exe -W3HomeDir "C:\Program Files (x86)\GalaxyClient\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt" -OutputDir c:\temp\W3Strings_Decoded_20160123_2100 -Override
This will create a folder c:\temp\W3Strings_Decoded_20160123_2100 and mirror the original file structure, with the decoded file strings.
