Deadly Roach (Classic and Next Gen)

Description

I always thought Roach's interaction with hostiles in this game was uninspiring.  In the vanilla game, when Roach hits bandits or smaller monsters, they just get knocked back a bit, or slide over to the side.   Anyone who has been around horses knows this is not reality.  Getting hit by a horse knocks your ass to the ground, and getting hit by a horse running at full speed is often fatal.  It's time to give Roach the respect that she deserves for a fully loaded, 1500lb beast.  

Main features

• []Now, Roach will obliterate any smaller hostiles she hits head on at full speed.  Hostiles that have a dismember tag will explosively dismember from a direct hit.  The hit has to be head on for this to occur.  Any glancing blows, or hits from the side will only knock the enemy down[/]

  []When Roach hits an enemy head on at full speed, and dismembers said enemy, the action will go into slow motion for a few seconds for maximum effect.[/]

  []For added realism, when Roach plows through a group of enemies that can be dismembered, dismemberment only occurs on the first enemy contacted, and any immediate subsequent collisions will knock the enemies down.  This adds dramatic effect as you plow through a group in slow motion with the first enemy exploding, and all other's getting knocked down in her path.     [/]

  []When Roach is at gallop speed, she will not cause fatal harm (dismemberment), but she will still knock down smaller enemies.  Gallop through a pack of wolves, bandits, etc and they will be knocked down. [/]

  []Roach's knock down and dismemberment only occurs on hostiles, and doesn't affect friendly NPCs.  Medium to large size hostiles cannot be knocked down, but will often be stunned by Roach's direct, or glancing blows.  [/]

  []This mod doesn't affect any of Roach's vanilla fear/panic mechanisms.  She will still buck you off if you push her too hard into situations she doesn't like.  [/]

  []This mod is merge friendly as 99% of it's logic is contained in a single local file.   Should be widely compatible with other Roach mod.  You can easily customize the behavior of the mod by making simple edits to parameters at the top of this local file. [/]

  Quick Note:

  For players that like to do mounted sword combat, you may not like that Roach knocks down small enemies while galloping as this will often cause your sword strikes to miss.   If you prefer that galloping doesn't knock down enemies, but want to keep full sprint knock down and dismemberment, you can remove this behavior by opening the local script file in the mod (moddeadlyroach.ws) and changing the value in this parameter from
