Simple mod that does nothing more than it claims to - removes the yellowy tint that plagues Toussaint.
Tried to make the light look as clear and neutral as possible while keeping everything else the same. No neon grass, crazy contrast, or cranked up sharpness here. Still looks like Toussaint, just not yellow.
Also added back vignetting for those who like it - provided that you have the option enabled in-game.
This is an ENV file tweak, so it won't be compatible with anything else that alters Toussaint's environmental files.
