Character Lighting Changes

Description

Inspired with the mod Character Lighting Fix by Wzol. I wanted to make something for myself for nextgen. I don't know how Wzol made his mod but I wanted to make something similar in my own way for nextgen. Hope you all like it. I'm very noobish when it comes to lighting mods. "Constructive" feedback is welcome. If something doesn't look right, try to post a picture and let me know which quest/region the issue is from. Thanks and enjoy!

• []Edits to character lighting. how reflections/shadow/light interact with characters. Affects armor/skin/hair for all characters.[/]

• []Novigrad Sewers Lighting Improved by ScoutBr0 (give ScoutBr0's mod higher priority)[/]

  []Global Lighting Fix by my friend BoneDoctor (I think this is for non-RT users such as myself)[/]

  []Geralt Hair and Beard NonHW Redone by yours truly - my hair mod is another reason I wanted to make this because my hair and beard mod look way better with it =)[/]

• []No Artificial Player Light Mod because that mod will overpower my changes. It completely removes lighting where my mod aims to enhance it.[/]

[]I removed edits to player/gameplay light that follow Geralt. I feel changes with the other values were sufficient and dampening the player/gameplay light that follow Geralt took away some life.[/]
