2014 Igni Project - Yrden Recolor Next-Gen and Old-Gen

Hi there fellow witchers!

The mod aims overall better experience for my favourite sign, Igni. both cone & firestream.

More narrow look of firestream, less particle, no wind influence, extended attack range, more particles on igni cone.

Overall better and more orange-ish igni color.

The look of igni depends very well on the lighting mod you're using. Bloom is the key in the lighting. Not just for the igni but every fire effects & the lightsources.

* - For the best results, i highly recommend turn to Bloom option set ON.

Key Features;

- Identical 2014 E3 demo & Sword of Destiny trailer style Igni Firestream!

- Extended attack range. You'll notice it during combat. So the firestream reaches farther than the vanilla distance.

- Better igni firestream relavite position.

- No igni firestream smoke.

- The brightness tint while casting both igni cone (also known as igni bloom) & firestream has been reduced & recolored to reddish tone.

- No wind influence. (removed from both igni cone & firestream)

- Less particle on igni firestream fx to make it look more narrow.

- Overall better, a bit more saturated orange-reddish color.

- Better igni cone & firestream collision smoke intensity & color.

- Reworked all possible igni and yrden w2p effect files.

NEW - Recolored Yrden fx to reddish tone which inspired from The Witcher 2. + lightsource for yrden.

Installation

- Download the main or optional file & unpack the archive & put mods folder into your main game folder.

ie:  C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\ or

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\

Uninstallation

- Remove the mod file (modBetterIgniNG for instance) from the mods folder.

Compatibility

- Tested on v4. 00+ Next-Gen, v1. 31-1. 32 old-gen Gog & Steam game versions with all the dlcs and the expansions installed. So it's fully compatible with those game versions.

Important note: All the Igni & Yrden files contain the gameplay w2ent modifications. So not compatible with any other mods that doing the same for lightsource / igni bloom edits. Please do not request anything related to this.
