📋 About This Mod
This is a skin of Maj. Tom J. Lynch's P-38H. Obviously the H doesn't exist in game yet, but the G and H were very similar so this skin is as close to historical accuracy as possible.
- Pilot History-
- Click For EnlargementBorn in Catasauqua, PA. Lynch joined the US Army Air Corps during 1940. In 1942 he was a 1st Lieutenant assigned to the 39th Fighter Squadron, 35th Fighter Group. During World War II, he was credited with a total of 20 victories. Decorations included Distinguished Service Cross, Distinguished Flying Cross with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters, Silver Star, Air Medal with 9 Oak Leaf Clusters, Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster (posthumously).
