I Just Cleared That - Zombie Spawn Fix

Hello there, Fellow Survivor!

Did you LITERALLY JUST clear a house, go to your car to drop off loot, come back in, and suddenly the zombies are back?! Do you not like to see zombies popping in like popcorn on your screen?

This mod might /sort of/ work for you!

This mod increases the minimum and maximum distance away from you that zombies can spawn. (And increases total zombie count because at the larger distance, it makes sense.)

SADLY if you're clearing a LARGE building, like the prison or school, zombies may still respawn inside due to it being huge.

This mod only changes how far away zombies spawn from you, so it won't keep things permanently cleared out either.

Important:

This mod WILL impact performance due to it allowing zombies to spawn and be loaded from much further away.

This mod has NOT been extensively tested.

Max Zombie Count on Map

Zombie Despawn Distance

  Download Instructions:

  Unpack the Zip file. Place the LxZSpawnFixer_P.pak into your \Vein\Content\Paks folder on steam (Should be something like this: Steam\steamapps\common\Vein\Vein\Content\Paks)

  To Remove This Mod:

  Go back to your Paks folder and delete the LxZSpawnFixer_P.pak and it'll be gone. :)

  Compatibility and "Will it work with this update?"

  This mod works on the Demo version of VEIN too!

  It will be compatible with any mods that don't edit Spawn Logic. The file is ASC_ChamplainValley.

  (The Increased Zombie Spawns 0 to 20x mod that lets you increase the zombie spawn multiplier works)

  Server Use:

  No idea! If you'd like to test it out, let me know. But I imagine it will need to be run on the Client and the Server to work.
