📋 About This Mod
Description
FeastMaster lets you decide what food and mead are worth, and how stamina behaves. Global multipliers scale health, stamina, eitr, duration and health regeneration for every food at once, and each food and mead also gets its own section, so single items can be tuned exactly. Foods and meads are discovered from the game, so modded consumables get entries too. On top of that: a food fade curve, steady health regeneration, Vigor (stamina regeneration from food), stamina regeneration rules, a multiplier for every stamina cost and base stamina from skills. Every setting defaults to vanilla behaviour, so nothing changes until you opt in. On a server the server's values are used for everyone.
Installation
-
[]Install BepInExPack for Valheim.[/]
[]Install FeastMaster. On a server, install it on the server and on every client.[/]
[]Start the game once. BepInEx/config/com. FeastMaster.cfg is written with the global settings and one section per food and mead.[/]
Main features
-
[]Global multipliers: health, stamina, eitr, duration and health regen for all foods.[/]
[]Per food: health, stamina, eitr, duration, health regen, Vigor and Eitr Vigor. Configured values show on tooltips right away.[/]
[]Per mead: duration, the health, stamina and eitr restored over time, the regeneration multipliers and the run and jump stamina modifiers of its effect.[/]
[]Food degradation: keep food at full strength, or set the fade curve (0. 3 is the game's, 1 linear, higher fades sooner, 0 never fades). Choose when food can be eaten again.[/]
[]Steady health regeneration: the food regen amount is healed smoothly instead of once every 10 seconds, no floating numbers.[/]
[]Vigor: a stamina regeneration bonus on every food that lasts as long as the food does. One value gives every food a Vigor in proportion to its stamina, each food can get its own on top, and a multiplier scales the total. Eitr Vigor does the same for eitr.[/]
[]Stamina and eitr regeneration rules: base regen, regen delay and blocking factor; faster regen when the bar is low and slower when it is high; regen from extra stamina; a sneak skill bonus while crouched and still; regeneration while encumbered or swimming.[/]
[]Stamina costs: one multiplier for every drain (run, jump, dodge, block, attack, sneak, swim, encumbered, tools, fishing, harpoon), cheaper run, jump, dodge and sneak out of combat, free sneaking with no enemies near, a skill discount on block, dodge and jump, and drowning damage.[/]
[]Base values and skills: base health and stamina without food, extra stamina at Run, Jump, Sneak, Swim and Fishing skill 100, and experience multipliers for those skills.[/]
[]World rates: override the world's food, stamina, move stamina and stamina regen rates.[/]
[]Display: hide the health, stamina or eitr numbers and show or hide the food timers, per player.[/]
[]Config changes apply immediately, no restart. Edit the file or use ConfigurationManager in game.[/]
[]Server enforces its settings for all connected players; Lock Configuration prevents clients from overriding them.[/]

FeastMaster is a utility mod that lets you customize food and mead stats, including health, stamina, eitr, duration, and regen, for both vanilla and modded items. With 62 endorsements and nearly 2,000 downloads, it's a niche tool for players who want to tweak their consumables.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid niche utility with 62 endorsements and 1,908 downloads—clearly some players find it useful
- Lets you tweak both vanilla and modded food/mead, so it's flexible for modded playthroughs
- Simple concept: adjust stats to your liking, no bloat
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated January 2026, but no version info—could be outdated if the game has patched since
- Only 62 endorsements suggests a small user base, so community support might be thin
For Valheim players who want to fine-tune food and mead balance, especially those running modded item packs. If you're a purist who likes vanilla balance, skip it—this is purely a tweaking tool.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a utility mod, expect to edit config files—check the mod's folder after first run for generated configs
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or Thunderstore, install it through there to keep track of updates
- Test changes on a single food item first to see how the stat adjustments affect your gameplay before overhauling everything
