📋 About This Mod
This mod enables the game's combat music for ordinary encounters.
Combat music was supposed to be triggered in the game whenever a player gets targeted by an animal or monster, but the method to handle combat music is never actually called for some reason, and the combat music track (ForestIsMovingLv4) is disabled.
This mod fixes that by enabling the combat music track and adding a check to the music manager for InCombat just before IsSailing, meaning combat music will override sailing music and anything overridden by sailing music, but not anything that already overrides sailing music (e.g. events).
You can set the volume of the combat music in the config.
If you use Custom Audio, adding tracks to CustomAudio/Music/combat should work with this mod.
Config
A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn. CombatMusic.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.
You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or in-game using the Config Manager.
Technical
To install this mod, the easiest way is to just use Vortex, the Nexus Mods mod manager. It should take care of all dependencies.
To install manually, place the dll file in the BepInEx/plugins folder. You will need BepInEx.
