2025/ 1.0 FULL RELEASE COMPATIBLE NEW CAREER REQUIRED Only buffs aircraft's accuracy and rush chance. Does not increase spawn rate or detection ability. You will still likely win on the surface vs aircraft but at least now you'll be likely trading damage. Tested 20 times, all aircraft shot down, no uboat lost. Many dead sailors and damage though.
