(DEPRECIATED) NO STABILISATION / FOLLOW RELATIVE BEARING

AS OF PATCH 7 THIS IS NOW AN OPTION IN THE GAME SETTINGS My recommendation is to transition to "keep your periscope wet" mod for the periscope detectability debuff : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3304713956 1. 0 FULL RELEASE COMPATIBLE REQUIRES A NEW CAREER START (Not compatible with "Keep your Periscope wet" mod as that has been integrated with this one) Removes the stabilisation from periscopes and UZO. Adds stabilisation to binoculars (to imitate humans ability to adjust with their bodies). Periscopes and UZO now welded to boat and stay at relative bearing when the boat turns. Binos stay on horizon and don't move with the boat making them useful. Works "locked" or "unlocked" Makes historical data gathering methods necessary as chronometer will only work in relatively calm seas at PD. Makes the weather a real influence on your ability to conduct an attack. When on the bridge scanning, it is now best to use Binoculars for the stability. Bring up binos with the "B" key. If your Officer is at "Bridge" or "targeting sight" you must exit that and bring up binos "B" manually (for some reason the "Bridge" station works the same as "UZO" thats why you must exit to get bino stabilisation). Much more stable at PD (electric steering and officer at depth steers helps) than on the surface. You can anticipate and counter the pitching using "W" and "S" keys, but it is still almost impossible in rough weather. To test if mod is working as intended, go to surface and aim UZO/ periscope at front of the uboat. The periscopes/ UZO should stay exactly level with the tip of the bow regardless of weather but rock with the boat relative to the horizon.
