Build In Seatruck

Allow to build items into seatruck (segment) interior.

So, not the seatruck vehicle. (There is quite a bit of space there)

But you can build into seatruck segments\modues (for example: storage or fabrication module).

Restrictions:

You can only start building if current segment is unconnected and undocked. (No vehicle, no rear, no front module.)

Of course you can finish the ghost-item, when it is already place.

Warning

Don't build near to doors, as it may make it impassable!
