📋 About This Mod

Stellaris Version: 4.3.3 Mod Version: 1 Please note: This mod is extremely patch-resilient. Relying entirely on it's own self-contained event and a single modifier, this should continue to function through major patches in the future. Mod Goal Make roughly every empire around the equivalent stage compared to the strongest player. Every AI empire, regardless of their ethics or style, should be around the same strength as the player by mid-game. Description This mod dynamically empowers AI that are falling behind the strongest non-AI player in the game. It does this in 3 simple steps: 1) Identify the strongest non-AI player. This would be the player with the highest overall relative strength in the game - the one you see on diplomacy screen where it says "Pathetic" "Inferior" "Equivalent" "Overwhelming" etc. If you are playing single player, this will always be you (as you are the only non-AI player). 2) Identify any AI that are significantly behind that player. Any AI identified as below "Equivalent" is considered a valid target. 3) Give the AI a stacking 10% buff to almost all resources. This has no upper limit. This can only happen once every 6 months. If an AI is granted a buff, they go on cooldown for 6 months before they can receive their next stack. This iterates every month of the game. Additionally, if an empire begins to overpower the strongest player, their stacks begin to wear off slowly - also with a 6 month cooldown. This is a somewhat assertive approach to increasing AI effectiveness and if you're looking for a power fantasy where you overpower every other empire in the game, don't use this mod. This is designed to allow any player to hit Ensign at galaxy creation and still manage to have AI keep up with them, regardless of whether they min-max everything or just chill as a pacifist with a single planet and tech up. With enough time, assuming the player does not have huge leaps or troughs in their power level, this should result in most empires getting
