Truth Realm

Introduction: The "Truth Realm" is a specialization of interstellar vassal states, where the suzerain and vassal engage in deep technological cooperation. It aims to eliminate all research barriers between the vassal and suzerain, leading to rapid technological development. Features: 1. The Truth Realm can share completed technologies with the suzerain (this needs to be selected in the national policy section). 2. The Truth Realm can be released with a single click in the planetary resolution section, saving the trouble of sector division. 3. Compared to the original scholar states, the Truth Realm has higher research output, but with a greater penalty. 4. Special suzerain buildings. Please Note: 1. Even with multiple vassals, the suzerain's modifier only takes effect once (as per the original feature). 2. The suzerain's relay network modifier can stack, so be sure to build more. 3. When releasing the Truth Realm, it will receive significant bonuses to help it overcome challenges, so there is no need to worry about it collapsing too early. Update (24. 12. 30): 1. Fixed a bug where AI suzerains would use this vassal type due to a failed condition check. 2. When the player is a mechanical empire, all planets of the released vassal will automatically have mechanical assembly plants added to prevent population stagnation. 3. Updated localization for Russian and German; please contact me if there are errors or issues.
