Bronya Leader

Introduction Bronya will become the ruler at the beginning of the game, and the original ruler will become a governor just retire. There are also three exclusive traits for Bronya, with scribbled values to give the aliens a touch of mild astonishment (although some Buffs don't seem to work). If you have an imperial government, you'll get a Silver Wolf as an heir for a bonus (added to fix a bug in the heir portrait, and her name is randomized.). Bronya will not die by accident or assassination. Theoretically it won't conflict with other mods ( I guess ). Finally: long live Bronya! Bronya will not die by accident or assassination (the lazy author used the method of creating an identical new leader immediately after the death of an existing leader to achieve this) The heir will no longer die of old age
