Friendly Kaiser - Why Can't We Be Friends?

Be friends with the Kaiser! Form the FTO! Don't get annexed! Feel important! This mod does several things nowadays. One: You may upgrade or downgrade the level of cooperation you have with the Kaiser in the FTO at anytime. He won't even be mad! Two: The Kaiser (shouldn't) demand integration! Yay! Three: You can request Katzen officers for your armies or navy. Fun! Four: You can purchase certain Katzen techs (currently only Riesigerkatzenpanzers) Five: Purchasable ground armies Six: Katzen Defense Array and Maginot World construction Seven: You can allow the Kaiser to build war forges in your space. Eight: Probably other stuff I've forgotten I added (lmk if something's buggy) CURRENT UPDATE: 2. 0 MAJOR UPDATE You can now make best friends with the Kaiser, and he will personally contact you! Just ask about the rebels after A: Douclaw contacts you on the five year marker and B: You have met both rebels. You can meet Special Agent Meowchael who will be your point man for bringing down the partisans. UPCOMING UPDATES: More extensive counter-partisan efforts than "click button they die lmao".
