Unlock Assimilation Citizenship,you can change the pops of all other species into the pops of your main species(Include robot and hive). Unlock a new planet decision,it will set the planet size to 20,if your planet size < 20. At the same time, max Generator districts, max Agriculture districts, max Mining districts : + 9. The criminal branch office in you planet will be closed automatically.
