FE No Using My Gateways

This mod made it so that your Gateways will not be open to fallen empires all the time as vanilla. Features Fallen Empires that are at war with you or have their borders closed to you can't use Gateways, L-Gates and Wormholes to jump into your systems. Hostile miscallenous factions can't use Gateways, L-Gates and Wormholes to jump into your systems, for example, crisis factions. Compatibility The file "common/bypasses/00_bypasses.txt" have been overwritten. Localisation Unneeded. To Other Modders You are free to borrow anything you need from my mod to make your own without asking me for permission and/or a credit link.
