This can result with water in gas pipes - no worries push it via furnace or h2 combustior to filer them out. And no, venting it to room will not create a pool. Note: Gasgenerator will generate much less energy with this mod. This is due to fact that combustion (to gas) had energy multiplier. In same way it will generate much less heat to deal with.
