Volume Pump presure regulator

​​Use volume pump as pressure regulator... and more. This code will monitor device d0 and based on it's reading will set value on d1 (with smoothing/throttling down). targetVal - target value we want to reach smoothPc - percent of target value we do throttle down (eg slow down pump) smothDirection - 1 if we want to increase to targetVal (eg pumping in) or -1 if we want to decrease to targetVal (eg pumping out) minOutput, maxOutput - min/max of d1 device (safety limits or you can use this as 0/1 if You control Boolean device - on/off)
