Facial textures include several maps (AO, rough, normals) with lots and lots of details, producing bumpy, old-looking skin. All these maps were flattened out, to reduce such bumps. Change is subtle, but detectable.
Installation is as usual, drop Textures folder to Documents\my games\Starfield\Data, don't forget archive invalidation.
