To install, enable archive invalidation for Starfield, then place the "materials" and "textures" folders as well as the .esm file in your "steamapps\common\Starfield\data\" directory. Be sure to enable the .esm with your preferred mod manager, otherwise your character's head will be missing inside the affected helmets.
