Toggle enemy health bars and compass enemy indicators with scanner

This mod let's you toggle enemy health bars and compass enemy indicators with scanner. Please note that this includes ship scanner as well. Targeted enemy ship's healthbar will always be visible.

Please install using Mod Organizer 2 or refer to available guides online to install using your preferred method (vortex or manual).

Compatibility:

StarUI HUD:

You should not disable enemy health bars setting. This mod already does that while not using scanner. Disabling enemy health bars setting in StarUI HUD's ini file will hide enemy health bars even if you toggle the scanner. This probably applies to all the HUD mods that have a setting to toggle enemy health bars.

Removed Hit Markers:

I am not sure if this mod would overwrite "Removed Enemy Health Bars and Hit Markers" option on Removed Hit Markers's page, that file could cause the health bar to not show up while using scanner either. So please use only the file named "Removed Hit Markers" if you are using that mod.

I basically copied Toggle Quest Markers with Scanner and Ship HUD's ini file and modified it to toggle the game setting values that toggled

the enemy health bars and compass enemy indicators, which I found in PEAK - Enemy Combat AI's .esm file. Highly recommend both mods.
