The armor has no morphs so please use 0 weight to avoid clipping.
If you use UC Empire or any similar mod, put the Medic Trooper mod lower in the load order.
If you already Visited New Atlantis the armor will probably only change on new game or new game+
There are only 2 UC Marine Medic's in the game and only in the UC Vanguard quest line when New Atlantis spaceport get attacked.
