SPACESHIPS USE PRIVATE CHANNELS
Enemy communication protocol upgrade.
> You will hear enemies only when they address you directly (dialogues, taunts... ),
> You will not hear their internal reports ("We've lost our grav drive !"...).
> You will hear reports about ally ship losses only from your allies.
All ships are equipped with private communications and push-to-talk technology.
> You will not hear muddled radio chatter when surrounded by non hostile ships.
> You will not hear audio idles from other ships pilots while in space (internal communications, yawns, ...).
More realism, at the cost of extra liveliness.
Made for purists, by request from jramsi20.
Optional Files
- "Combat Only" version : Only implements the "Enemy communication protocol upgrade" changes described above.
Other ships idles and radio chatter will be heard.
- Full esms for mods and patches
Installation
- Use a mod manager.
- Extract the esm into Starfield's 'data' folder.
- Enable / disable / uninstall at will with no consequences.
Compatibility
This mod uses conditions to selectively prevent some idle dialogs from happening.
It may interfere with stuff that tweak these specific conditions.
Should work with any language, and shouldn't be affected by game updates.
Load order shouldn't matter, if it does, load this mod last.
