Novalight Stunner

Converts the Novalight into the Novalight Stunner, a charged-shot EM pistol similar to the Novablast Disruptor. The Novalight Stunner will appear in shops and on enemies from level 1 to make it easier to do a pacifist/nonlethal playstyle, especially for use with Non-Lethal Framework. Weapon mods that don't make sense for a stun pistol have been disabled for the Novalight only, as have the quality grades, because the Novablast also didn't have them.

The stunner has been balanced so its effectiveness is very limited – incapacitating a human can be done in a single shot, if fully charged with a sneak attack at close range, but may take several shots at range or when using non-charged shots. This is to preserve gameplay, because a gun that lets you easily and harmlessly disable any enemy without placing yourself in danger is overpowered and boring (and why would the UC let you carry a gun if safe, effective nonlethal weapons existed?). If you're a fellow energy weapon enjoyer, I recommend using this alongside TN's Plasma Laredo to make up for losing a particle beam pistol.

Install with your preferred mod manager or in-game via Creations. Safe to install or uninstall at any time. This may conflict with mods that edit the levelled lists for handguns – unlike when adding new weapons, there seems to be no way to modify an existing entry in a levelled list using a script (if you know of one please let me know so I can use it!). Mods that add new weapons to those levelled lists via script injection are still fully compatible however.
