More Interesting Alien DNAtrait (EN and ZH-CN)

Unlike Kid Stuff or Neon Street Rat, Alien DNA is a less interesting trait; the effects don't work that much and there's very little relevant dialogue. This mod tries to make it a little more interesting by changing its effects.

The new basic effect of the new trait is: health and oxygen +50, 20% more effect from healing items and food, but reduce your persuasion success rate by 20%
