Now you won't see the same vanilla skin often. There is still a chance but you will normally see variants of it, then some solid colors, then some new patterns.
No levelled lists nor vanilla npcs are modified for maximum possible compatibility with other mods touching Paradiso. In addition, any npc/levelled list that uses the vanilla outfit (not kitbashed/altered ARMA's) will be able to enjoy visual variety as well. (AFAIK, Ava in Escape wears the Resortwear01 outfit after the quest). For conflicts, only the item's record is modified, to facilitate skin customization and integration.
Speaking of, this is best experienced on a new game/jump.. or even mid-save if you haven't been to Porrima II before.
I would suggest that you make a save first before loading Paradiso's cells (coc ParadisoHotelExt03) for the first time, so that..
