The base Incendiary legendary ARMOR effect only has a 10% chance of igniting nearby attackers. This mod tweaks the effect to have a 15%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% chance. It also changes the effect description based on percentage
Uses the FOMOD installer for configurability
