📋 About This Mod

[]DJ BorealUS now is DJ 4U-R0R4
[
]New unique appearance for a NPC you probably didn't even know existed - Outfit craftable as clothing and spacesuit at the industrial workbench
Ever heard of DJ BorealUS? Well she is the DJ of the Astral Lounge in Neon playing music 24/7. So she clearly must be high on Aurora all the time.
If you don't think that makes sense, maybe I got something for you. This little mod changes the appearance of the DJ and makes her a unique Droid named 4U-R0R4 that is partying day and night. (You can find her in the center of the first floor of the Astral Lounge)
I created this mod for my personal use and the outfit isn't 100% finished. The hands for example aren't rigged (which doesn't bother me since she always makes the exact same 4 moves all the time) so if you want to use the outfit for your own character, you won't see any "grip" animations.
The new outfit just makes her stand out more as a unique NPC and perfectly fits a Star Wars or even non Star Wars modlist.
Installation:
Use a mod manager or extract the zip file in your Game Data folder and dont forget to activate the esm.
If you are using the loose files version and encounter black textures, also extract the texture folder to your MyGames/Starfield/Data folder.
Big thanks to luxor8071 for the 4k textures update!

A small cosmetic mod for Starfield that replaces the DJ at the Astral Lounge with a new character. With 97 endorsements and over 129k downloads, it's a niche pick for players who want a fresh face in that location, though the change is minor and easily missed.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Over 129k downloads show a lot of people grabbed it, even if endorsements are modest.
- Simple and to the point—does exactly what it says with no bloat.
- Adds a bit of variety to a location you might otherwise ignore.
⚠️ Cons
- The change is so minor you might never notice it unless you specifically go to the Astral Lounge.
- No screenshots or detailed description—you're flying blind on what the new DJ looks like.
- Only 97 endorsements out of 129k downloads suggests many players didn't find it worth endorsing.
For Starfield players who've seen everything and want tiny, unexpected changes to spice up a new playthrough. If you're a completionist who talks to every NPC, this is a fun little surprise. Skip if you're looking for substantial content—this is purely cosmetic and easily missed.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have mod support enabled in Starfield (via the in-game mod menu or a mod manager like Vortex).
- Since the mod replaces a specific NPC, it's best to install it before starting a new game to ensure the change appears.
- If you're already mid-playthrough, the DJ might not change until you revisit the Astral Lounge—so don't panic if you don't see it immediately.
