Yet another Backgrounds/Trait mod.
I made this mainly just to experiment/learn more about modding. Its probably not properly balanced, let me know if you have any ideas about that/new backgrounds.

Traits:
Assassin:
Move 50% faster when sneaking
Close Quarters Combat:
Close Range Weapons do 20% more damage. Long Ranged Weapons do 20% less
Elemental Fist: (New in 1. 4)
5% chance to Burn, Shock, or Freeze enemy per hit when Unarmed.
Haggler:
Buy 15% Cheaper but Sell for 10% Less.
Honed Slash:
Weapon Swings can hit multiple enemies at once. Melee Weapons only
Hush:
Silenced weapons do 25% more damage. But unsilenced weapons do 25% less damag
