Adds constructible mannequins allowing to instantly equip/unequip complete outfits.

Usage
- Activate the empty mannequin to make it equip your complete outfit.
(clothes, hat, gloves, scarf, glasses, neuroamp, etc.)
- Activate the mannequin wearing an outfit to equip it.
- Sneak when activating the mannequin to access its inventory.
- These mannequins can be built independently of outposts mannequins limit.
Compatibility
Standalone and compatible with anything.
Load order doesn't matter.
