In the base game, if you pick Serpent's Embrace dialogue options when Andreja reveals that she is House Va'ruun, stage 1000 "Player Knows Andreja is House Va'ruun" in the "quest" COM_Companion_Andreja does NOT get set. This means that as far as the game is concerned, she has not actually revealed herself to you, meaning that any reactivity to you knowing (e.g. the ambassador or the zealot prisoner) doesn't happen.
Additionally, when speaking to the prisoner during the quest "Unity", if you tell the prisoner that you were given a vision by the Great Serpent, Andreja has 2 possible responses based upon whether or not she has revealed herself to you. The problem is that they are both set to happen when she has not revealed herself, meaning that she has no reactivity if she has previously told you that she is in House Va'ruun.
