Leadership Aura - Companion Rank Scaling
In vanilla Anomaly, rank points often feel like a hollow stat. This mod changes that by introducing a "Leadership Aura" that makes your squad more effective as you grow as a stalker. Your hard-earned experience now translates into tangible combat benefits for your followers.
How it worksThe combat effectiveness of your companions scales dynamically based on your current Character Rank. The bonus is calculated relative to a "Rank Ceiling" (e.g., 28,000 points) that you can define in the MCM.

[]Dynamic Protection: Companions take significantly less damage from all sources, including Mutants and other Stalkers.

]Offensive Boost: Your squad deals increased damage to all enemies.[]Scaling System: If you are halfway to your Rank Ceiling, your companions receive 50% of the maximum possible bonus. Once you become a Legend, they receive the full buff.

[]Included NPCs: Fanatic, Hip, Rogue, Stitch, and Strelok.
[]Standard Companions: All generic recruited stalkers and companions in "Wait" mode are also covered.

[]Debug Mode: Enable on-screen notifications to see the aura actively working in combat
[]Load Order: This mod should be loaded as late as possible (e.g., at the bottom of your Mod Organizer 2 list). This ensures its rank-scaling calculations take priority over other general protection mods.
[]Performance: Designed to be extremely lightweight. It does not use background "ticks" or constant update loops, meaning zero impact on your FPS.
[]Compatibility: Works with most companion mods. If using mods like "Companions Don't Die" or "Tough Important NPCs," ensure Leadership Aura loads after them to maintain the rank-based scaling.
