Behold the Synthetics. The AST-1 prototype android assistant was first created to assist Dr. Henry Townsend but after being sent on a routine probing mission and ending up being stranded in space orbiting a distant asteroid, AST-1 calculated it would take 643 thousand years to find its way back into human territory. What emerged from this was an innovation discovered by the android itself. By understanding hypersleep technology and modifying the ship and the android into a symbiosis - the synthetics were born. This is a combo of three minimods: AST-1 - loadable synthetic crew member Android Assistant Vat - fabricate new ASTs aboard your ship Autonomic Replenishment - midnight cargo synthesis + HUD countdown Android Assistant Vat + Veterancy chain (5 stages): each stage raises starting skills for vat-grown ASTs. Autonomic Replenishment chain (5 stages): each stage increases replenishment output (x1, x2, x4, x6, x8). Requires Space Haven Mod Loader and Research Tab API. Disable separate AST-1 / Android Vat / Scarcity installs. Clear QuickLaunch after enable or update.
