Valdr's House

I couldn't find a standalone mod that gives Valdr a house so I made one myself.

Some alternatives that I know of:

Arthmoor's Falkreath has a home for Valdr, I used this one many years ago back when it was still hosted on Nexus.

Contents:

1. A new house for Valdr

2. New schedule for Valdr and some changes

3. 10 days after Valdr adjusts to his new schedule, a random hunter starts to live in there too

4. A script replacer to fix the issue where Valdr will not get up from a chair or similiar furniture once he sits down, this is provided as a standalone fix in files should u wish to use it without this mod.

If used on a save where you haven't helped him, it might take up to 24 in game hours after you do Valdr's quest for him to adjust to the new schedule.

5. Now available: Player home version of the same house, at the same location. Just the house, no Valdr edits, no added hunter, no script fix. All containers inside the house do not respawn. Key is in a satchel by stairs, or you can just lockpick.

Mod Details:

1. The House

Location:

Right by Roadside Ruins. I couldn't find a location near the city to place this big old farmhouse without having to editing terrain or moving trees and stuff. Fast travel from the location to Falkreath takes around 1 in game hour.

Outside:

You can cut firewood, do some tanning or sharpen weapons. There are some funiture and idle markers for NPCs too.

Inside:

1 cooking pot. There are 3 beds but only one is for you. In my vision Valdr and his pals used to all live here, and later this house is used as a place where hunters can stop by and stay for a few days. Valdr's Chest respawns, the other two don't, but since they're owned by a non-player faction, I wonder if storing your stuff in it count as reverse stealing?

2. New Schedule and Changes

Only after you help him of course.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

Hunting in the woods near Half-Moon Mill from morning till noon, after that might work outside the house and do some archery trainning if the weather is agreeable.

Friday

Visiting Hunter's Rest

Saturday Sunday

Visit Falkreath City, might be found in the inn, the grocery shop or the apothecary store.

He always goes back home to sleep at night.
