The Snow-Shod clan is one of the most wealthy and influential families in Riften, it's high time their home fits their status!

Mod Features:

~ ESL flagged main plugin and patches...won't count against your max plugin count

~ Edited design of all 3 floors, including a new hot tub, pantry, wine cellar, storage rooms and more

~ Fixed several inconsistencies/problems with the vanilla building (seams, mis-aligned objects, etc), and added windows to match the exterior!

~ Added several pieces of furniture, and replaced most of the common/upper furniture with noble furniture

~ Added/replaced a LOT of vanilla non-static clutter, drapery, light sources, Nord/Stormcloak items, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items)

~ Added back yard and front porch decorations and furniture. No navmesh or landscape was edited!

~ Added SPID AI Packages so they sandbox in their new outdoor area.

  []Requires Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) if you want the exterior sandboxing packages to work.  Without it they just won’t spend time in their back yard or front porch/deck
